Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality & market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, We will ensure that the style, theme & color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value. Please contact us for specific requests.

Flower Delivery in San Rafael

Delivery fees Apply to each order. San Rafael; 94901 & 94901 delivery charges: $10. All other Marin County Cities the deliver fee is $15. Please note that there may be additional charges for special time requests or rush deliveries. Also, for specific time requests, we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee exact times. Orders for delivery anywhere in the U.S. or Canada must be received before 12:00 PM in the recipient's time zone and please note we still may not be able to ensure same day deliveries. Orders received after 12:00 PM will be delivered the following day. International orders (except to Canada) must be placed telephonically and generally require 48 hours for delivery. Please note that we cannot accept international orders online (except to Canada).

Refund / Cancellation Policy

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at any time prior to delivery providing your order has not been completed, is enroute or has been delivered.

Please note that we can refund shipping fees only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and return shipping fee will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at (415) 479-3325.

Can I get a same-day delivery or pick up…?

Yes, you can, providing your order is received prior to 1:00 PM the day of delivery. Please call us if it is after 1:00 PM and if possible we will accommodate you. The cutoff time for same-day pick up is 4 PM.

What if the recipient is not there?

We will deliver the flowers provided they are in a vase or container if no one is home, flowers will be porched and a courtesy call will be made to the recipient to let them know flowers are porched. If no one answers the phone call, we will leave a message, provided we are able to. If the phone number not provided, the flowers will be porched only. Please include the recipient’s number when placing your order so we may communicate with the recipient that we have porched the flowers. Cut & Wrapped flower arrangements cannot be left at recipients if there is no one home to receive them. We will attempt to call to alert them to the delivery attempt. If they do not answer, we will not leave the flowers on the porch. There will be an additional delivery fee if no one is home to accept them and we are must redeliver.

What if I cancel my order?

24 hour notice is needed to avoid a cancelation fee/credit. If less then 24 hour notice is given and providing the order has not been completed or in route to be delivered or delivered, 50% will be credited back to the credit/debit card used for purchase and the other 50% will be issued to you in the form of a credit towards a future purchase.
